When ordering a custom nameplate necklace, you must include all of the following information in the instructions 'notes to seller' box at checkout. The 'notes to seller' box is at the very bottom of the checkout page.

The character LIMIT for all necklaces and bracelets is 8.

With this option, you can pick two different styles and bundle them together for a cheaper price.

For the Necklace and Bracelet combo, they will both be in the standard cursive font.

If you pick the 2 Necklaces combo, the style can only be chosen from the necklaces pictured above. Please leave the font you would like in the instructions box.

Birthstone Styles are NOT included in this bundle deal.

These Pendants can be purchased in Sterling Silver 925, Rose Gold, and 18K Gold plated finishes.

Each necklace/bracelet can contain 8 characters. You must enter the name you would like on your necklace in the instructions box at checkout.

Make sure to enter uppercase and lowercase letters as you want them to appear.

All bracelets automatically come with a 6.5" average chain. If you would like a different length please include it in the instructions box. Bracelet lengths can be 5.5" (Child) , 6.5" (Average) , and 7.5" (Large).

All necklaces automatically come with a 16" chain. If you would like a length other than 16", please include it in the instructions box. Necklace lengths can be 14",16",18",20", or 22" inches.

All customized name necklace orders require 15-20 BUSINESS days of processing time (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS). However, there is a rush order option if you would like to receive your necklace in 7-10 business days. If you would like to place a rush order, you must ADD the $14.99 option to your cart.

Placing an order with us means that you acknowledge that your order will ship after 15-20 BUSINESS days of processing time, UNLESS you add-on a RUSH order at the time of purchase. Weekends and US holidays DO NOT count as processing days.
