What type of payments does Lathina Luxe Boutique accept?

At this time, we are only accepting payments through PayPal. PayPal offers the option for you to make a payment using your PayPal account.


Do I need a PayPal account to place an order?

No, you may scroll down to the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option. You do not need a PayPal account to complete a purchase. 


How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We provide USPS First Class Priority Shipping. The length of shipping normally takes 3-5 business days. This does not necessarily mean that you will receive your order 3-5 days after your order is placed. Please allow up to 7 days of processing time for your order in addition to the shipping time. (EXCLUDING CUSTOM ORDERS) If you order another item in addition to custom/pre-ordered items, that item will be shipped when the customized order is ready.


How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of $5.95 for shipping per order. Some orders may be subject to a different shipping fee because of the size. All orders over $50 qualify for free shipping using code: FREESHIP50.


What is processing time?

Processing time is the amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will start processing on the following business day. Orders placed on US holidays will start processing on the business day following the holiday. Processing time procedures include: 1) The order being checked for quality and accuracy 2) The payment being processed 3) The creation of the shipping label. Once an order is processed, it will be shipped on our scheduled shipping day. (EXCLUDES CUSTOM ORDERS)


How do I track my order?

You will be emailed your tracking information after your order has been shipped. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to register in the system. If you have not received an email with your tracking number, please check your junk mail box. Please ensure that the correct email is entered at checkout. If you have entered the wrong email address, please email us as soon as possible.


What happens if the item I want is currently sold out?

We restock items on a weekly basis. To find out when a specific product will be restocked, please fill out our contact form. In some situations, we will allow you to pre-order an item.


What happens if I choose the pre-order option? 

If you pre-order an item, it means that we will restock this item for you. This means that you are guaranteed to get the item that you purchase. Pre-ordered items will be shipped in 7-10 business days. Please fill out the contact form if you would like to know when a specific item will be in stock.


Can my order be returned for a refund?

No, we only provide exchanges. We only accept exchanges if there was an error that is in the fault of Lathina Luxe Boutique. View our exchange policy tab for more details.


There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS or ORDER CANCELLATIONS!

If an extenuating financial circumstance arises, there will be a 50% RESTOCKING FEE charge in order to process the refund.
