Exchange Policy

We do NOT accept returns for ANY reason. We only provide exchanges for incorrect or damaged merchandise.

If your jewelry arrives damaged, you MUST notify us, and return the merchandise to us within 7 days after the item is received in order for the exchange to be valid.

If you contact us after 7 days stating that your jewelry is damaged, then you will have to pay the replacement fee for your jewelry.

Personalized items, sale items, jewelry, accessories, and items used with discount codes are FINAL SALE, and cannot be exchanged.

Custom jewelry orders CANNOT be exchanged or returned.

Stating that your jewelry did not turn out the way you expected is NOT a valid reason to return it. We provide an example of how each style is expected to look. Different letters and characters can change a pendants appearance.

A written request to exchange the product must be provided. The request must provide evidence, and must be approved. We are not responsible for the return shipping fees.

There will be absolutely NO refunds issued.
