How long will it take for me to receive my customized jewelry?
All custom jewelry orders require 15-25 business days of processing time. (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS) Processing time will officially start on the BUSINESS DAY after your order is placed. After the order is PROCESSED, it will ship on the next shipping day.
Notice: 15-25 business days is equivalent to 3 to 5 weeks.
How can I get my jewelry sooner than 15-25 business days?
We offer a RUSH order option if you would like to receive your order in 7-10 BUSINESS days. RUSH orders are automatically placed at the top of the list, therefore they go through a quicker production time. If you would like to place a RUSH order, please add the option to your cart along with your order. If the RUSH order option is not added to your cart, your order will go through standard processing.
How many characters can my custom jewelry have?
Most styles allow 8-9 characters. There is an additional fee for each extra character. If you would like more than 9 characters, please let us know.
Where do I enter the name I want on my custom jewelry?
Add your selected style to your cart. After you click checkout, scroll to the bottom of the page. At the end of the page, there is a "notes to seller" box. Please enter your name EXACTLY as you want it to appear. If you would like certain letters capitalized or lowercase please state that in the notes box.
I accidentally spelled my name wrong in the notes box! What can I do?
Please be sure to double check for spelling errors before placing your order. All orders can be edited up to 12 hours after it is placed. After 12 hours, there will be a 40% restocking fee to make any additional changes.
CUSTOMIZED JEWELRY STORE POLICY
Placing an order with us means that you acknowledge that your order will ship after 15-25 BUSINESS days of processing time, UNLESS you add-on a RUSH order at the time of purchase. If a RUSH order add-on is purchased, you will receive your order after 7-10 BUSINESS days of processing time. Weekends and US holidays DO NOT count as processing days. After your order is processed, it will ship on the NEXT shipping day. Please view our shipping policy tab for information on our shipping days.
Disclaimer: International orders may take up to six weeks of shipping time, in addition to our processing time.
Example:
Laila places an order for a customized pendant on May 1st. Her order will be finished between May 22nd-June 1st. Once finished, she will receive a tracking number on the NEXT Wednesday following the 15th-25th business day.
She will wait 15-25 processing days for her pendant to be created. After the 20th processing day, her order will ship on the NEXT shipping day. She will not necessarily receive her necklace on the 20th processing day.
Amber places an order on May 1st as well. She add's on a RUSH order to her customized pendant order. Her order will be finished between May 10th-15th. Once finished, she will receive a tracking number on the NEXT Wednesday following the 7th-10th business day.
She will wait 7-10 processing days for her pendant to be created. After the 10th processing day, her order will ship on the NEXT shipping day. She will not necessarily receive her pendant on the 10th processing day.
There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS or ORDER CANCELLATIONS on custom pendants.
If an extenuating financial circumstance arises, there will be a 50% RESTOCKING FEE charge in order to process the refund.
